Well, I get a lot of points right now, so it's easy for me to stay on plan, but I've made a big shift away from any fast food over the last 2 months. In my case I had to go cold turkey because I was eating it 3 meals a day. When I was married, my ex cooked very healthy and in about 18 months after our divorce I gained 100+ lbs. I have started cooking for myself and I love it! I feel better and I get full on much healthier food.
Just weighed in and I am down -1.2. Very happy.
Have not walked much the last week because the weather was very bad.
I will work on it this week.

I didn't get to exercise my other 2 days. I was apartment sitting for our son, waiting for UPS trucks to bring things.
Guess who didn't weigh-in yesterday. Oops! Next week!
WI day~ I'm down 2.8 pounds. I can't believe it! I did not even exercise this week. OK, I did some housework, and was out shopping twice. I was also eating way, way, beyond my daily points and tapping into my weekly and activity points. I also ate out when I was out shopping, so I'm esctatic that I have lost so much. I better not get cocky, they might sneak back on me!
In summary: I have been doing WW online for 3 weeks and have lost a total of 6 pounds, so I'm within the healthy weight loss range.
I better start working on doing some form of exercise if I want to continue to lose weight.
