Although it's pretty chilly outside here, especially with the wind.
I did bundle up and went out to weed the garden and transplant the squashes into the new raised bed. They'll have plenty of room to grow and do their thing in there, so I hope to have a nice crop, come fall! 
I was wanting something special to eat today, so I experimented with the Mock Cornbread recipe and came up with a pretty good strawberry rhubarb cobbler. I put about 2 cups of cup-up rhubarb mixed with some splenda and some frozen strawberries in the bottom of a greased baking dish and poured the mock snack cake version of the recipe over the top, then I sprinkled about 1/4 cup of oatmeal over that and baked it for 45 minutes on 350*. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out, and can't wait to try it with peaches and blueberries.
