  • Aaaarrrrrggggghhhh! 209 this morning! I can blame some of it on the darned IV during the operation but some of it must be due to Hershey candy munchies. 199 by Halloween! That's 4 pounds of water weight and 6 pounds of flab!

    Well, I am holding strong at 193 but I just got my period yesterday (no good news this month). So I am expecting that number to go down in a few days... as I usually bloat up at least two pounds during my period. However... go check out my lost inches in the evil tape measurement thread! Whoo hoo!!

  • Well - lost the water weight and went to 204.5 but ran out of my diuretic pills (for CTS) and did not renew sooooo back to 207 this morning. I am hoping for a better week.
  • 154 this morning. But it is day 1 of my period so more likely then not all plan intentions are going out the window. I will try to stick to my plan, but in all likelyhood it just not going to work

  • Ohoh...
    I had lost a pound this week (down to 192) but I had a BAD weekend. We had guests over for whom we cook huge meals (and vice versa). I didn't do too bad but I am back up to 193 this morning. Hopefully it is mostly water weight as I also ate a ton of salty popcorn last night... (it couldn't have been the the two slices of my homemade key lime pie or the homemade guacamole and salsa with chips or the margaritas)!

    Well, I vow to get back on track starting NOW!

  • Okay, what the heck... I weighed this morning. Sojo, we're right on track together. 192. You know, if I was even moderately careful I could lose 3 pounds this week. It would such a dubious thrill to be in the 180's.

    I agree.... lets get out of these 190's and down into the 80's! I can't wait for that scale to flash 189.5... its so close. Now we just need to stay on track this week and if we are really careful we could maybe do it. This morning my scale read 192.5... three pounds would be tough but possible. Well, I am going to go for it! Even if I don't hit 189.5 by Monday, any weight lost will get me that much closer and it can't be much longer. My goal is to be at 188 by the end of the month; this would be a five pound weight loss for the month and put me at 10 down!

    Ok, I'm going to go do my new exercise video... T'ai Chi for Weight Loss... there is a kind of cute guy on the cover wearing no shirt. Hopefully his ripped abs will keep me entertained for the next 45 minutes!
