    I'm just getting back OP after almost 2 weeks of stomach virus. I'm working my way back to Phase 2 and keeping an eye on calories for the next few days just to have a sense of how much I'm eating.

    B - 1 egg, whole grain english muffin, 2 veggie sausage links. Tea with splenda
    S - Kashi granola bar
    L - sandwich thin, turkey, low fat cheddar, avocado. 3/4 of a pear (shared with DD)
    S- PB cup SB dessert
    S - non fat greek yogurt with splenda and 1/2 cup blueberries
    D - crack slaw, brown rice (1/2c), bell pepper, 2tsps low fat ranch dip
  • B - Cappuccino with 1% milk, Uncle Sam cereal with 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 veggie sausage, low-sodium vegetable juice
    L – Tuna salad (w/ Lemonaise Light) on top of arugula, white bean salad
    S- a mandarin orange & 1/2 c. nf cottage cheese
    D - Grilled tofu w/ Asian cabbage salad, side of steamed broccoli and sweet potato
    S/D- 1 c. NF Greek yogurt w/ 1 oz almonds

    According to FitDay: 1332 calories, 32 g fiber, 40% carb, 27% fat, 33% protein.
  • B-rolled omlette with you know what, tomato juice
    S-sliced peppers
    L-not sure, am going out. But will be on plan
    S-nf yogurt
    D-not sure yet, maybe ground beef with zuccini again

    B-steel cut oats, NF milk
    L-salmon, big salad, sugar snap peas
    S-greek yogurt, strawberries
    D- not sure yet, we're eating out

    Phase 2:

    B: 2 eggs, scrambled, apple, coffee
    L: I have a cold right now and can't taste a thing. I think I might just do a liquid lunch and have a smoothie. banana, strawberries, spinach, almond milk,

    s: ff plain greek yogurt with cinnamon and splenda

    D: white chili (great northern beans and ground turkey), whole grain corn bread
  • I'm very proud of last night - went to my fav mexican restaurant and did get anything off plan! YAY!
    Phase1

    B-Pistachios and Cheese stix
    S-Dill Pickle and Baby Bel Lite cheese
    L-Turkey Bacon wrapped in Napa Leaves
    S-NSA Fudgsicle/Pbutter
    D-Steak Salad (strip steak,lettuce,spicy salsa,onion,avocadio)
    S-leftover egg salad/celery
  • Phase I this week

    B: 2 boiled eggs, V8
    S: RF cheese stick
    L: Greek yogurt, Huge salad with garbanzo beans
    S: Tall skinny hazelnut latte, hummus, veggies
    D: Stuffed bell peppers
    S: Almond butter
  • Phase 1 . . . Friday's Food
    B 1 Egg 1 Egg Sub made w/lf cream cheese and chives
    S Jicama Stix/Part Skim String Cheese
    L My Usual: Turkey Bacon LF Cheddar on Napa Leaves
    S None
    D Tacos (93/6 ground beef, tomato, avocado,onion,nf refried beans on bed of spinach leaves) I could only finish half it was so filling! This will be breakfast tomorrow!
    D NSA Fudgsicle w/1tsp pnut butter
  • Friday at Mom's

    B: Greek yogurt, blueberries, Ezekiel flax cereal
    S: pear
    L: Panera Bread Mediterranean vegetable soup with pesto and salad with salmon
    D: grilled veggies, boca Chicken patty, shrimp skewer, & bean salad
    S: grapes, fermented grape juice

    exercise - 2 hours of serious dog walking
