I'm just getting back OP after almost 2 weeks of stomach virus. I'm working my way back to Phase 2 and keeping an eye on calories for the next few days just to have a sense of how much I'm eating.
B - 1 egg, whole grain english muffin, 2 veggie sausage links. Tea with splenda
S - Kashi granola bar
L - sandwich thin, turkey, low fat cheddar, avocado. 3/4 of a pear (shared with DD)
S- PB cup SB dessert
S - non fat greek yogurt with splenda and 1/2 cup blueberries
D - crack slaw, brown rice (1/2c), bell pepper, 2tsps low fat ranch dip
