It does crazy things to the body. It's just as hard to gain 4.8 pounds of FAT as it is to lose it. It isn't all fat. 
Can I brag? This isn't my official weigh in post because my partner does that for us, but I just had to say I lost 5.8 pounds this week!!
That's like a beginners diet loss!
And I am so not just beginning. I restricted carbs to get me moving again and apparently it worked.
