I'm running out of IP Bars and they are the only restricted food I eat for breakfast everyday, and I don't want to pay a fortune to get more and the EAS bars seem to have a little too much carbs and calories. Any suggestions?
I looked at the muscle milk lite and there was something that steered me away. I don't remember if it was the carbs, fat or low protein count. The EAS carb control shakes are a good alternative. If you are wanting some bars. Go to Lindora.com. I think their stuff is made by the same people who make IP. Their caramel delight is one I order and the individual packaging is identical to the vanilla peanut bars that IP sells. They are much cheaper and usually have some good sales. They have puddings, drinks and soups too. Check the ingredients for aspartame.Originally Posted by RebekahDapar
I've been reading people mentioning EAS shakes but I was wondering if anyone has substituted using MuscleMilk Lite. Also, I used to eat Pure Protein Bars for breakfast all the time and they have relatively same nutritional info and ingredients as the IP Bars.
