I had a good day, got out and walked around and gave my hip a good exercise. It throbs, but you know i figure if I don't work it, it won't get well.
YAY! A new challenge, so I'm excited to give that a go. WOO!
Maybe I can wear them when I do housework.

is it because im still on my period? My diet this week was rock solid i didnt go over calories on not even one day and i have exercised my a** off this week i dont get it! Since i started this journey june 22nd this is the first time i have actually gained!!!! and im really upset about it...the first week i actually go the whole week without weighing and this happens cause normally i weigh everyday maybe i will go back to that!!! Is it because its 5:30 in the morning and my body is still hanging on to water weight from during the night? cause normally i weigh on fridays around 8 or 9 am in the morning but i had to do it early today because im going somewhere really early....
