Brandy - I used to use thedailyplate, and it's a great site. I use calorieking now, but you have to pay for it. Paying for it makes me a little more accountable since I can't shrug it off because it's free

I can't at work because it's blocked by corporate security... boo! I have a live journal as well, though I haven’t used it in forever. It was my teenage/early 20's drama diary essentially. It's actually quite funny... Anyhoo, I will make sure to find you on there
It's 7:30am. I'm sitting at work finishing up my yogurt, fruit and granola. My weigh in today makes me angry, since it's 3 lbs heavier than I weighed in last week. Does anyone else always weigh more on their weigh in day then every other day of the week?? Perhaps I should move it to a different day...
Ah crap. I just remembered the guy who normally makes coffee isn't in the office today. BOO. Maybe I'll just go buy some, the stuff we have here tastes like water anyway because it's a mild blend.
While I was swimming this morning I realized, I should not count the 30 minute swim as exercise calorie wise. I need to consider it mental exercise - as it's really a way to relax myself and stretch out my body. Sure, I burn calories but that's not the main reason I chose to begin swimming again. I can run to burn calories, but I hate it. Swimming is... euphoric. I’ll have to get a second workout in at least 4-5 days a week to count as my exercise.
