Fishing Gal - you can either add your minutes as you go, every few days, once a week, or post them complete at the end of the month. I'm going to assume that you're going to add as you go, so I'll add your minutes in now.
45 min water class, then we had 30 mins of resistance bands and free weights afterwards next to the pool, then a personal trainer helped me set up and try out a weight machine/free weight circuit for 45 min, then I did my post-water class cardio though a little shorter today -- 22 min elliptical and 10 min bike = 152 min
