    i have been too busy to post minutes, but don't worry! not too busy to work out. still doing at least two hours a day, but i lost track for this month. ill start again in may. way to go guys!

  • I'd love to join in May - did my first foray into the exercise room last night - mygawd but the stairstepper is hard! Have committed to three days a week. So I'm up for the challenge!
