  • No change today. TOM arrived yesterday so I felt sure I would see a whoosh today but no change. However last night I was so bloated I looked at least 5 months pregnant and this morning it had all gone. No change in the numbers but I look and feel a lot better.

  • swimming-Good luck getting back to your November weight. I gained 12 pounds during the second half of 2008 and have been working on taking it off for almost three months now. I am back to June's weight at this time and am working towards last Mays' weight now(2.5 more pounds). Then I will be all "caught up" and I can start really losing weight.

Boo to business lunches - buffets are hard when you're not allowed to eat salad or fresh fruit...I did a ton of exercise though, so I'm hoping it will come off tomorrow.

  • Good Morning 5# Friends!

Went a lil the wrong way today, but I had a good weight lifting session last night. I'm hopeful for a little drop tomorrow after a healthy food day and cardio tonight. I do my "official" weigh in on Fridays and I don't want this to be my first week in 6 months with a gain. Please....no gain!

Have a happy & healthy day!

Yeah, that about sums it up for me!

I'm okay with it (as I know you are), because I lost my weight sosososo quickly. This gives me a chance to practice more. I'll happily take all the time in the world for this last bit of weight to come off, it's giving me time to adapt to a new mindset and learn what my body's requirements will be for maintaining. I am sort of drawing it out, to be honest.

Despite drawing it out - I still get whining rights. Don't forget! Whining is prime entertainment in the morning. I listen to my son do it when we get ready for school. Once the kidlet is dropped off and I weigh in, I get mines.

Like the darling Barb, I engaged in some weightlifting last night. I'm all pumped () and up a lil'.
  • Well, I was SO close today, but still stuck in 180s land. A new low for me, though, so I get to change my ticker, at least.

Wow, Barb...6 months straight of losses! That's incredible!! Congratualtions on all your hard work. Today I was the same. TOM came 2 days ago, I got a couple pounds off and now stabilized again. I have to do another shoveling "workout" today, so maybe that'll help.
