  • Just finished Round 2 of Level 1 Day 1 of the 30DS! That's a tongue-twister. I had just eaten my donuts though so I was a little sluggish, but I'm glad I did it. I'm gonna get on the elliptical later & watch The House Bunny so that I will stay distracted for an entire hour. Other than that, doing ok. Ready for TOM to leave...having cramps, but last time I pounded the water during FLO week I lost 3 pounds, so I'm working hard. Hope everyone is doing well!
  • Today's been pretty good, I guess. I had a huge meeting on one of my students today that lasted for a good two hours, so I completely missed my morning snack. Man, was I ready to eat anything that looked even remotely like food come lunch time!!! It's tough when I don't get my snack because I eat breakfast by 6:15am every morning and don't have my lunch block until close to 11:30 every day.

    I went to the gym after school with my friend (another teacher I work with) and we did the elliptical and some weights work. I came home from that and shoveled a small patch of my driveway that was still covered in ice....and that had me panting and sweating much more than the 45 minutes I had just spent at the gym! haha But the little neighbor across the street who's around 11 years old came over to help me shovel. How cute is he?

    Is tomorrow day five? I can't believe this is over already!

    I guess that means it's time to start the weekend support thread.
  • Yesterday was a great day here! I was OP all day, I got my workout done early, cleaned the house, took my DS outside to play in the snow and make a huge chicken noodle soup!! I felt very accomplished all day!

    I am hoping today will be just as good, I am trying to fight a sinus headache right now, but its got me feeling pretty crappy!

  • I've been pretty OP all week which is... amazing! I spent a few months at the end of 2008 TRYING to get into the groove, but I just couldn't find the motivation. Well I think I found it chickies! It feels so great! So excited for what this year will bring to us all! Have a super healthy Friday!

  • 175 Today.. slowly losin that water weight. I realized most of it was b/c if I was to have TOM every month like normal I'd be having it right now.. thats why I'm so bloated. That makes me feel much better about my life.
