  • Add it as an attachment. There is a little pic symbol that looks like a paper clip, click on that to add it as an attachment to your post.

    As of right now I have heard from Hiimnatalie and Beautiful Ace and they are no longer doing the challenge.
  • My week is done.. Got TOM right now, so I wont weigh in.. I am a few pounds up...


  • Posting now for week 2 and I'm reporting a maintain this week for my weigh in.

    Since there were 5 activities listed for this week and only 4 spaces on the chart I just added another space for activity 5. Hope this is ok!

    I only lost a tiny bit of weight!! Which makes noooo sense since I was OP all week except one day and worked out a lot!!!!!!!!! It is either b/c I am really sore today or it is muscle weight. Either way I am not happy. I am not giving up b/c I know it is not from eating junk. But still, it is upsetting!

  • JessieCat, I am there with you I was so good and only lost a pound. I was on plan everyday and worked out every day except one to let my muscles recover. I wish this was more simple. Oh well baby steps right! so I am at 136 so that is -1 I don't have paint but I will check at work so I can do this for myself! Anyway here is what I did.

    #2 walk outside~ 3hrs
    #4 Jogging~ 4hrs
    #5 clean house ~ 3 hrs
    Free~ 4.5 hrs
