  • 95 Min for me today. 35 Elliptical + 45 Strength training + 15 stretching.

    Personal Total: 125+95 = 220

    Group Total: 797 + 95 = 892
  • Let's go ladies! We CAN make 1000 minutes, I KNOW we can!!!

    (but I may not be able to add some today -- I'm coughing up a storm!)
  • 15 Minutes Walking
    Group Total 892 + 15= 907

  • 45 minutes cardio for me today

    Group total 907 + 45 = 952
  • 15 minutes walking Group Total 952 + 15=967

  • Awesome work weekend warriors! We are totally bustin' past 1000. I know I'll be putting in another hour tomorrow!

  • I couldn't go to bed with us being just 3 minutes away from 1,000 so I tried Total Body Sculpt with Gilad from FitTV. I lasted 18 minutes.

    Group total = 997 + 18 = 1,015!
  • 40 minutes Cardio
    30 minutes samba dancing

    Group Total 1015 + 70=1085

    I WILL exercise today -- maybe we can hit 1300 by the end of the day??
  • 60 min for me today. 45 on the elliptical + 15 abs/stretching.

    Personal total: 220 + 60 = 280

    Group Total: 1085 + 60 = 1145
  • Today, I did 16 mins on an elliptical, 16 mins on the rowing machine, and 15 mins on Nu Step + 20 mins lifting weights
    Personal - 122 + 67 = 189 mins
    Group - 1145 + 67 = 1212 min

  • Made it to the fitness center again today.

    45 minutes cardio + 15 minutes on the circuit machines

    Group total = 1272 + 60 = 1332~

    Heather - What's our challenge for the upcoming week?
  • First, here are my minutes: 45 -- a combo of cardio and weights (I coughed a lot but I did it!)

    Group total ~ 1332 + 45 = 1377

    Yay! We made to to 1300 and then some! (and maybe more to come)

    Terri asked about next week (through next Sunday, let's say). Let's be a bit ambitious. Can we make it to 5,000? 5k by next Sunday??
