In the last two months, I've cycled between:
2 cups of Cheerios for 220cals (very little milk)
Toasted bagel w/ whipped butter for 350cals
3/4 cup (before cooking) old fashioned oats with Stevia and Strawberry Jam for 300cals
The bagel is never a good idea for me... they provide them free at work, and I love it while I'm eating it, but feel hungry again an hour or two later. The Cheerios seem to fill me up for 3+ hours, so does the oatmeal... though I would like to be getting some protein in, too. Sometimes I'll add a piece of fruit if there's some in the kitchen, usually an orange or a banana. But really, my best bet is always the Cheerios. Easy, filling, and very low in calories... and it usually takes me a few weeks to get tired of it.
