I do something similar! I like to toast English muffins, top those with cinnamon and pumpkin butter, then the cottage cheese.

Good stuff! I will have this for dessert sometimes. I will also do the English muffins, cottage cheese, and sliced strawberries for a strawberry shortcake.
I also like to mix a small container of strawberry flavored Greek yogurt with the cottage cheese. It bulks up the strawberry yogurt without the extra sugar.
Another good thing is vanilla flavored Greek yogurt with cottage cheese on a toasted English muffin, sprinkled with cinnamon.
