Good morning everyone! Today is Yom Kippur, and while I'm not observant enough to take off work and go to services, I am observant enough to fast today. I'm just hoping I won't collapse from lack of food. In the past I've been fine, but more recently I've had some hypoglycemic episodes where I get shaky and dizzy if I haven't eaten.
Good news: today's weigh-in? 138.8! Hopefully it stays there for tomorrow's "official" weigh-in.
Thursday's plan:

D - baked salmon, rice, frozen veg mix
Exercise - 2 mi bike ride, core strength

It has been quite the adventure! It's definitely been a profound lifestyle change. If you had told me 5 years ago that I would buy a big carton of fat free greek yogurt, portion it into servings, add a spoon of honey and then my own chopped fruit instead of just grabbing a venti latte and huge muffin on the go - I would have said you were crazy.
