  • Got my 100 in yesterday! Planning on incorporating them today as well.
  • Doin good here.... Just got Cruch Ab Attack and did it yesterday and this morning. My abs hurt!! I feel the burn in my upper abs more than my lower abs and obliques - which where I really need to focus. I think I'll do some research and find some good exercises that target those areas and add it to my routine.
  • got my sit-ups done this morning. Also got out a belly dance DVD and did 15 minutes of it. FUN!
  • did another hundred this morning.
