I already burned out my big food processor (a hand-me-down from my MIL) making pizza dough. If I burn out the mini-prep, my husband might kill me. I'll just have to take it slow and see how it goes. I'm thinking though, if I had to add oil, I might add a little bit of peanut oil? Or maybe even just add some water and then let it drain off after everything settles?
Dunno. But I love to experiment when I cook, so we'll see what I come up with.
