    It feels good to be back on plan

    Jessacaca: I drool over that red lobster all you can eat shrimp things! Im jealous! Can I come too?? hehe

  • I didn't weight myself this morning...I drank some last night so I didn't want to know. Then I went and ate endless shrimp today...it was so yummy...and I ate way too much of course...I can't even imagine how many calories I consumed. Oh well but I wanted to post and let you ladies know watch out I am back on my plan tomorrow...I think
  • Huh. Water weight decided to keep me company for the weekend. Oh wells. The 180's are still so unreal to me that I'm just happy I'm still here. It will be gone soon enough.

    Weight is not moving AT ALL. I'm stalling here, and I'm afraid of a plateau, I usually get them at 102 and 93 kg, and I'm at 102 now. I've tried eating more but it won't shift.
  • mothermavis - I think I might be in trouble for my TBL weigh-in, too! I weighed in at 150 to start, and I'm at 153 today! Ah! Gotta work my butt off this week!
