A gain! This is bad, funny how it happens to a lot of us at the same time, remember fauxs challenge? Maybe the moon does have something to do with it.

Yay Robsia!
On another note, every time I see this challenge I shudder at the fact I spelled challenge wrong. I'm sorry, I'm honestly not stupid, just overexcited when I won!

Robsia - Woot!!! Yay for you.

SW: 163.5
CW: 160.4 (-3.1)
GW: 158.5

So I've noticed that when I eat exactly on plan, I tend to lose a LOT of water weight. Over the weekend I had my usual sloppy keeping track days (and it was my TOM). Somewhere between yesterday and this morning ... whoosh. Interesting to see that I must consume a lot more sodium than I think I do on the weekends.

I took a picture of the scale! I can't believe it.
Oh yeah!!! That will be my home stretch moment. Congratulation!

So here's one thing I love about 3FC - I'm sitting here plateau'ed for 16 days - but I'm honestly thrilled by someone else's loss . It really helps.

Yeah for Rob! A new decade of weight is a GREAT feeling!
My scale flashed 261 a couple of times.. but it also flashed 262.5 a couple of times. I'm sticking with 262.5 for today.. hopefully 261 will out tomorrow. My muscles are really sore from push ups and jogging yesterday.. but when they calm down the weight will do down bit.. here's hoping!!

sw:265
cw: 262.5
gw:260

I'm doing well! I think going off-plan a little for those 2 weeks helped. I've been on-plan now for 2 weeks, and making some good choices and working hard!

Wow, everyone has some great losses and I got a little .8

SW 258.4
CW 257.6
GW 253.4

So tomorrow I'm off from both jobs! And I managed not to stuff my face at valero this morning. My manager, who always goes to get something to eat in the morning and buys us stuff, went to MickeyDs today. She asked me if I wanted a biscuit and hashbrown and I told her to bring me a parfait instead. She looked at me like I was nuts but brought it and I enjoyed! Now I did eat some roast beef at the VA but hey one step right?

So I chart my daily weight on a spread sheet. On one copy I drew a line on all the upward bumps, from the lowest weight to the highest, if that makes sense. 10/12 go across a weekend.

Also, I haven't been able to weigh every single Monday morning (my official day) but so far, 14 have been during an upward water bump, only 6 at or below the previous low weight.

Clearly, I should have picked Friday for official weigh-in day!
