  • Midwife -- it's a mystery, but a good one!
  • Midwife, I've done that too. I got stuck on the last few pounds and sort of gave up. Didn't go totally crazy, but had a couple of larger than normal meals. Broke the plateau for me too.

  • Midwife~wow. I wish I remembered what I weighed in high school!!! Seriously, all I can remember is being 165 for my wedding 20+ years ago! In any case, I am lower than that, but no where near where I was at my lowest (128 12 years ago). I wish I knew what my body fat was--we're the same height, same weight, but I can certainly say you must have more muscle as I'm pretty flabby around the mid section (working on those abs at the gym though!)
  • Hey guys, after an illuminating visit with the scale this morning - I am in. Of course, on the very day I decide "this is it - NO EXCUSES" my aunt is in town and we are going out someplace nice for dinner. Going to go work out this morning, watch my calories for the day and order something sensible for dinner. No wine!
