Hi all! Back from my marathon drive to wedding in VA (18 hours round trip). Made good choices most of the time, making the best out of what was offered. Being social events, I couldn't eat before, and wasn't going to bring my own food (I did bring my own snacks for around meals, and easily had 140+ ozs of water daily, all 5 HNS, and all my supplements). Ate at a chinese place for lunch Friday, eating as best I could, but those sauces on there are killer. Friday night did good with a ny strip(trimmed it), and spinach and brocc instead of the potatoe and asagio cheese bread (damn it looked good). Skipped the cheesecake. Sat night I knew I was going off plan.

Had piece of cake, and while skipping the bread and pasta, probably ate 20ozs of Prime Rib with horseradish sauce. Knew I was being bad, but figured that was better than a pound of pasta and rolls. Sunday coming back I stopped at a golden corral, and ate a huge salad and roast chicken, but had to pick my poison with their own dressings.
I was actually happy to be even today at WI, I suppose it could have been a lot worse.
I have only lost .5 lbs in the last 8 days though, which is the first time I have really slowed down. Not complaining, just saying.
