I still use it at work, is now installed on the computers in the office. Apparently it is an alternative to email, a realtime conversation. Getting up and walking to the other persons desk or phone them is a much less distractive real time alternative.
I have been using it work to chat to a friend who moved to london and my colleague in Aberdeen - not much work talk.
So if you see
[email protected] on line during the day. Say hello - if i don't chat back it's because I'm away from my desk, but I have been trying to mark myself as away when I can't chat. But between that, putting on my voicemail, locking my PC and checking the hot phone is not left lying on the desk, it's a lot of things to remember
Must get it back on my house PC
