    I weighed in on Saturday, I was down .2 but then I cheated over the weekend.
    Can one of you really give it to me and say get it done already Diane and stop fooling around, besides myself no one has set me straight for a while. Even at the center, Oh you are doing so well you'll do it. I know I have lost alot but I really want to finish also not be five pounds short of my goal.
    Jibbelle if I ate chinese food I would probably gain 5 pounds.
    You will most likely have a loss on your next weigh in.
    Mary have fun with those workouts I actually took Sunday off for a change but then felt guilty later and wished I did a workout.

  • hi everyone..i haven't posted in a while..been kinda busy...congrats to everyone on continued losses....I weighed in yesterday at 171! I think by the end of this week i may be in the 160's..i can hardly believe that. And my pants are starting to get too baggy lol...i have to go shopping this weekend. Anyway, keep up the good work everyone

    ml you are doing so well, congrats on your loss so far.
    I weighed in today up from Saturday kind of expected. I am thinking of doing the 2 day take off tomarrow I will see how I feel.
    The manager annoyed me a little today she asked me if I was getting extra weeks I said I am not planning on it I want to finish in the week I have, but any way she wanted me to buy some more bars and I had just recently bought extra that I really did not need and she said OH that was a while ago, It was only last month. I am sick of the things I don't want any extra. Plus I did not feel like going today but I did so I probably had an attitude when I went in. I have not been cheating so far this week.

    I have been feeling a bit on the grumpy side too lately. Our center has not replaced the manager and the turnover is worse than ever! I just go in on Saturday morning now...the place makes me crazy. I hope they get their act together soon.

    I was doing so well in the beginning, and losing so fast. Now it is SOOOO slow. I hope it is not like till the end. I still have a lot to lose.

    Congrats on not cheating this week. I know how hard it is! Especially now that the girl scout cookies are being delivered! I have had a pretty good week too, but I have been eating a lot of frozen foods. All healthy choice and lean cuisine meals out of the frozen food guide, but I know they are not as good for me as fresh food. Things have just been too crazy to cook!

    I am going to try to eat really good things today and tomorrow so hopefully I will be down on Saturday!

    I hope for your sake, they get your center back together. I know how important reaching your goal is to you. How has your cheating been have you gotten back on track? Last week my sister had girl scout cookies and I did try some. But this week she invited me for dinner on St. Patrick's Day and I told her no, she makes this Irish soda bread that I probably would not have said no to. I just told her I am to close to reaching my goal and if I go to her house I would give in.
    Do you find the frozen foods satisfying? Sometimes I feel I am hungry an hour or so later, than if I had a grilled chicken or something like that.
    Stay focused Marcie(Jib) you can do this. Get through this slow time. It will come off.

    Since the frozen meals are a protein and a starch I usually have a salad on the side with them. It keeps me satisfied.

    My boyfriend brought home 4 boxes of girl scout cookies yesterday. So far so good...I have had none. I have been doing really well this week...no cheating.

    I am having a big grilled chicken salad right now. I have not had my fat serving for the day, so I am having light dressing instead of fat free and counting it as my fat.

    You still on track for the week Diane? I hope we both have great weigh ins on Saturday!!!!

    I doing O.K. this week, the best week I had in a while. Tomarrow will be the test lately Saturday is the day I have been cheating on. I have been doing the two day take off a little disappointed I am not getting the nice loss that I usually get when I do it. All this starving for nothing.
    You are sounding really positive this week, I am glad you had me worried there for a bit. I weigh in tomarrow so I will let you know how I did.

  • All is well here today. I have had a busy day...didnt even think about cheating!

    I think I am going to make an egg, cheese, mushroom, green pepper, and green onion omlette for dinner. I have not made one in a long time and it sounds good.

    I hope you weigh in went well Diane!!! I go tomorrow morning. I am going to be a very good girl between now and then!

    I am going to try not to cheat this weekend and weigh in on Monday. I am down a little from yesterday. I was asking the councelor about stabalization again, I was looking for an extra starch in the day and she said that does not come until the end. She also said the first week was not much, adding the sour cream and mixing things that were not allowed before like potato and beef. I guess I will find out soon.

  • I was the same again today. But it is TOM so usually I would be up. So maybe in reality I am down. If I am not down by next Saturday I will do take off. I am going to try extra hard again this week.

    Just seeing how you are doing this week so far. Saturday I cheated again but I am doing O.K. since then. I have been actually using the cookbook alot. Today for lunch I had broiled eggplant a pain to prepare but it cooked fast. Trying to add variety and not eat just grilled chicken salad all the time.
    I did not weigh in yet the weather was yucky yesterday hopefully I will go tomarrow.

    Hi Everyone,

    Wow, it's been a few days!

    I'm my second day of the two-day take off. I just got disgusted with the plateau I was on: up .4, down .4, up .2, down .2...

    When I weighed in Monday I was up 1 pound, which is really unusual. So I got mad...I mean, I've been staying on the program! Anyway, I already had a bottle of the drink in my fridge so I figured I'd go for it.

    Hasn't been too bad. I'll weigh in tomorrow and we'll see what happens!

    Jibbelle, I can relate to your dissatisfaction with your center. Mine's been experiencing a ton of turnover lately; there have been days when only one counselor's been there and I've waited 40 minutes! And the manager resigned there, too. Luckily last Monday they had four people there, so I think they're getting things back on track.

    Hang in there Diane! You're SO CLOSE!

    Good luck with the take off, it helps mw when I am stuck or just want to lose extra for the week.
    I weighed in today down a little from Saturday. If I want to reach my goal in the next two weeks I have to stay away from the cheats that I have been doing. I think I can make it.
    I think at one time or another I have had to wait also at my center I don't know if I ever have had to wait 40 minutes though. The group that is at my center has been there for about six months. How was everyones first day of Spring? the weather was terrible here.

    It looks like it is just you and me!! We must have scared everyone off. hehehe

    Things have been so crazy today. I have been at work since 4:30 am and I dont think I will leave before 10:00pm. I just ran to McDonalds and got a salad. Not so good, but I was starving. I had class last night, so I didnt get home and into bed until 11:00 (making a total of 4.5 hours sleep!). I am running on caffeine now. I think I have had as much coffee as water this afternoon. I am dreading weigh in this week!

    I am doing pretty well food wise though, not much cheating. I need to do what you are doing and try some new recipes. I am so bored with chicken and salads. Maybe I will get the cookbook out this weekend before I go grocery shopping.

    So I've been doing the two-day take off yesterday and the day before. I weighed in today....

    TA-DA!

    Down 2.8! So I guess it worked, but the acid test will be when I weigh in on Saturday. If I keep losing I'll be ecstatic, but I'll be fine with maintaining.

    Anyway, I'm going to start being real rigorous about weighing and measuring my food so that I don't inadvertently go off program.

    But whoo-hoo!
