how's everyone doing? I went to the gym again today I am trying to keep positive and not think "ok when is my next crash..." It's not going to happen right? I'm going to keep doing this and lose weight and feel good and look good on my wedding day... and then I'm going to eventually reach my goal and keep this weight off forever. No more crashes after an OP week or two... I'm so ready for this weight to be GONE...

Way to go, Velveteen! I didn't make it down the stairs last night. After the day I had, 14 floors was just too much.

Update for this week - was OP every day, used some of my saved points last night for dinner out with friends, did my official w/i this morning and still had a loss (I had wine AND chinese last night... was worried it would affect the scale) - down another 1.2 lbs this week!!!

How's everyone else doing??? Keep posting, I love seeing it more active with the Alternachicks!!
