Hi Gracenote. WOW....WOW.....WOW..... Well if thats not an eye-opener!! That was such a great post!!! After reading it, I no longer desired that snack-y urge. Most times when I feel a little tempted, I'll pop in here to see the latest post. And let me tell you.....yours was just what I needed to read. I WANT CLAVICLES!!! I WANT TO SUCCEED!!! One of my main problems that I've identified is the snacking due to boredom, snacking when walking thru the kitchen, unplanned snacking.....BASICALLY SNACKING IN GENERAL!
The one good thing that I am doing with ww's , is if I eat it....I write it!! My journal is my saving grace. All the snacking can be legit if I keep them to a zero -2 pts. When I plan my day, I list my snacks so I look forward to them. But sometimes....(not often) I change my journal, and really go a little crazy with the snacks. I can honestly say though....I haven't EVER gone over my pts!! And I give into my urges to satisfy a craving....ALL WITHIN REASON!!

Now mind you I live like 5 houses away and they put in a walking trail (paved and along the river what a quaint nice spot!) in 1999 and I have only been walking there maybe 10 times. Its a perfect grade it was a perfect nice and comfy 60 degrees outside and I went 3 times around (it is marked 1350 feet each time around so ...I am thinking I did about a mile right
) and I am so happy I actually moved off my duff instead of saying its getting dark...too late to go now...I had a bad day...I will just sit and have something yummy to eat...Or better yet lay down for awhile. Thanks for being there guys and welcome New Bikini Babe

Those munchies are sneaky little boogers!!! Just when you think you have pushed them sooo far away...they sneak back up on you. Especially when you are not looking for them...like when you are sitting on the couch with your favorite magazine...and BLAMMO!@#@WOOSH!! They attack you from behind...THOSE *******S!!!
