  • 3 on the TM and 20 minutes of yoga. I don't know how long it will last, but I'm enjoying the TM right now. I'll ride the high as long as it lasts. Whether it's 1 more day or 1 more month.

    happy with myself today, it rained all morning so I hopped on the eliptical for 3, then the sun came out I got a call from a dog walking friend and we went out and did 3 with the dogs. Dixie came home and went right into the shower as we now are very muddy here!

Problem is that we have an early dinner and I don't enjoy running on a full stomach. Oh well, gotta figure something out...
