  • Sunday's program:

    B - 2 small tangerines, 4 Wasa crackers w/ low-fat butter and strawberry jam, 1 yogurt.

    L - 4 oz salmon, 40g brown rice w/ mushrooms, green beans, 1 soy yogurt.

    S - 100g cottage cheese + 1 apple.

    D - 200g eggplant w/ herbs and olive oil, 1 soy steak + its sauce, 3x rice crackers, 1 yogurt.

    About 1350 calories.

    Exercise: Not done yet. Considering a long walk in the park for a sheer breath of fresh air, because the mind sure needs it after such a week.
