Weeesa: I'm very sorry about your loss and know how difficult this time must be for you and your DH. Please put all ideas of blame out of your head, as I know you realize that is a fallacy created by grief. Hope you have a good time at WW and come back and tell us about it. WW is a really sensible program, IMO. I've thought about joining in the past but never did.

Tryin' Hard: Hello and wow ... 84 pounds gone last year! What a great way to start a millenium. What kind of high-fiber things do you eat? Do you add extra fiber to your food? I'm really working on fiber (not only is it healthful, it burns extra calories), which is hard for me to digest, but I'm getting better. I drink a lot of water and think it clears up my head and makes me feel better plus I live in Arizona, where we need to drink lots. One way I can drink more is to squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice into it and drink it very cold. Doesn't need sugar when you get used to it.
Morrigan: You're not alone in falling off the bandwagon; I keep doing it, too. But at least the wagon's heading in the right direction and we can hop back on.

I too have tried the To good Friends cereal and i liked it mixed with LF yogurt! Adds some crunch to it!! I am hoping to lose 12-17 lbs by this summer and am ready to start slow, considering that i have about 5 months to do it in! My V-Day goal is 133 which gives me a little over a month to lose 4 lbs. My plan it to keep track of my calories (under 1500 on weekends and under 1300 on weekdays) and to do at least a little exercise everyday. I'm having a hard time getting motivated for the exercise. Right now i'm doing chores around the house and thinking....i guess i could go jump rope or hop on my bike.....dang its cold outside!
). i am hoping to go to the gym tomorrow, and hopefully my foot will be ok with that. i am currently staring at a tray of shortbread someone left on the reception desk (where i am now at work) and i am trying not to have a 3rd piece. i guess i'll do some catch-up reading and try to keep my mind off the food.

* but i am only able to get to my pool once a week. Perhaps i could work on getting into a class or swimming at a different pool. Unfortunately pool hours and my work/school hours do not
