    WOW Mike What a difference, you look fantastic. I am a newbie here and still waiting to have my first consultation with the Dr. I sure do hope I will be on my journey soon and do as well as you have done.

    Wow I can not believe how long its been since I posted here.... I have exceeded my personal goals I have set except for one last one for this year... I will be running the Detroit Free press 1/2 marathon next Sunday. i have turned to running and have run 2 races this year a 10k and a 10 mile. I run about 20 to 25 miles a week now. I have lost more weight than I weigh. I am down 225 lbs and am at 215 lbs . Here are some pics from my first race.





    I will post more pic after the 1/2 marathon....

    Keep going YOU CAN DO IT!!! I have also been a motivational speaker at several bariatic support group meetings!

    Yes I am Actually Hurley hospital PR contacted me to do my story. The want to use it for billboards, Magazine adds and Commercials. They are coming to shot pics and tape my interview on Friday the 4th.

    Down now 232 lbs, down 22 past my original goal, 8 lbs to go per doc before skin surgery
