    I found a bunch of medifast recipes here, but I am doing straight medifast. Most of those recipes do not appeal to me at all. Also, TSFL sells a book of medifast recipes for about six bucks.

    Oddly, the chocolate shake tasted horrible to me at first, but I just had one and it tasted delicious, LOL. I guess my taste has adjusted.

    I'm a Medifast User and it was helped me a lot I'm averaging 2-3 pounds a week Not all is nasty.....
