  • I think I'm starting March exercise like a lamb. Hopefully I'll end like a lion!

    Personal goal 20/800

    Group total 465 + 20 = 485!
  • An hour of swimming tonight, did 30 lengths.

    120 minutes out of my 900 minute goal for this month (900-120= 780 to go!!)

    485 + 60= group total of 545
  • no formal exercise for me today.. bad leg pain
  • Did better today ...
    Personal total: 45/373 ... 30 minutes of walking ~ Rosebud.

    GROUP TOTAL: 545 + 30 = 575
  • Honestly just wanted to stay in bed and watch cartoons, but you ladies motivated me to get out of bed...

    575 + 30 =605
  • Gym today. 60 min weight training and 10 min elliptical

    Group total ~ 605 + 70 = 675 min
  • 675+43 = 718
  • Hi all. dont know if yall remember me but I was in the group a while back. Mind if I join again? If no objections then I am setting my goal at 200 minutes. I now have a new puter and the same goal. To loose weight! I see some familiar faces and new ones too!
  • 718 +60 min= 770

    I'm tired!
  • 770 + 60 = 830 group total

    Personal goal is 900 for month completed 180 = 720 to go!!

    Oh and forgot to say, that was an hour at the gym, my goodness me it was very hard work! but I feel good now!!

    I am new here but would love to jump right in. I usually do 45 min. each day on the treadmill, so that would be 1260 minutes for the rest of March.

    Friday I did 60 minutes at the gym - 30 elliptical and 30 weights. Yesterday I did 30 minutes of walking, bringing my total to 90 minutes.

    The group total is 865 + 45 for DJCJRun + 90 = 1000
