Hang in there honey. Once an owl always an owl, as I've been shown over the years. I know where you are at with the meds and weight gain. Remember that your health comes first. My headaches are, thankfully, gone for the time being. I haven't had any in over a month and THAT is a world record. I'm sorry about your accident.

Everyone else.... Bren's thread about a new committment is a wonderful way to start over for me. It also makes me more assured to check in with you gals more, also.

I am so happy for you and your headaches! I hope I can say that one day. My mom and grandmother outgrew their migraines but they were a lot older so I am patiently waiting my turn.

I joined the recommitment thread too...great idea.

Yep Setina thats it...broken feathers!! Mine just healed! LOL So now I can type. I meant to post yesterday but only read and never got back to type! I'm glad you are back! I hope the headaches retreat permanently for you real soon....And I want you to know that you are NOT ALONE with the weight coming back. As you know...I lost 97 lbs then got pregnant and gained back 79 of those pounds. I managed to get 25 lbs off so far....I'm just aiming to get those 79 lbs off and then from that point I will set my goals from that point to get the rest of this weight off. It is much harder this time around. I had the baby Sept. 11, 2000 so its been over a year now and I am just ready to work the program recently. When I was living alone it was much easier to lose the weight...but I did it once and I know I can do it again and when you are ready you will do it again too! I just know that when I exercise it comes off faster...so back to the gym I finally went last night... I'm sorry to hear about your accident...at least no one was hurt bad...I was so freaked out after mine two weeks ago. I have been driving for 23 years and never had been involved in an accident. It was awful...I'm just glad I never saw her coming or I would have tensed up too! I got my car back last friday and the total damage was $5700. Thankfully her insurance paid everything so we didn't have to pay anything.

Judy glad to see you posting too...we need to keep checking in...sometimes when I feel like eating I just come to this site and start rambling...keeps my mind off food! I am on my way over to the recommitment thread....I need to recommit to losing the next 25 lbs....

Brenda....the dots were only the beginning! LOL I had an all day class with my boss on friday and we went to lunch and from that point forward the weekend was a waste! I ate candy and anything else in my sight!! I got it out of my system and monday I started fresh. I have been below points and plan to stay that way. I need to make up for that 1 lb gain! I have goals!!!

I have a Thanksgiving Goal of 5 more lbs
A Christmas Goal of an additional 10 lbs on top of the Thanksgiving 5.. AND....from there I would like to lose another 25 lbs by Valentine's day because I am suppose to get married then...that is if John doesn't get cold feet again! LOL Goals goals goals...I know they can be attained...just have to stay focused!!

Well everyone...you all better come out and post today...I need to hear from each and every one of you! Lets not let this thread fade out...Brenda, Candice, Tara...and everyone else you better just get your little butts out here and start typing!
