way too go Hillarie. i wish i've lost 4 lbs: ) you'll be a fab matron of honor. you can do it, we'll do it together. my wedding is in Nov.

i've had such a busy day. i woke up late and didn't have a chance to workout . however, i walked for 1 hr and 45 minutes on a bldg tour even up and down some stairs (a very huge complex by the airport) this morning, so that's got to count for something right . i'm having wine too now, darn i guess i'll have a very small dinner and i'll be back at it in the am.

i just got the bodyflex dvd-are any of you all trying or have tried this?

Hey guys! Room for another?

I'm getting married 7th May and have now become so desperate that i've taken to....doing exercise!! I'm such a lazy cow and hate exercise and managed to lose quite a bit of weight through calorie counting for 18 months, but i'm now less worried about my weight and more concerned with getting rid of those flabby bits so I can flaunt my body to my new husband!

Have been good and stuck to an hour of tae bo every day for the past week....and now I feel like i've been run over! That means it must be doing some good!

Would love to keep having encouragement and encouraging all you other brides/bridesmaids to be!

Hi all. My brother's wedding is Nov 10 and I'd like to lose a significant amount of weight by then. I'm setting a realistic goal of 77 lbs by then, but hopefully will be able to lose more.
Steph
