Ammi - I agree that continuing to try the police is a good idea. I think they should look to an attorney as well. There has to be some way to get someone out of your house who refuses to leave - I don't care if they are related to you or not!

Wyllen- I just noticed...your goal weight is the same as the "charts" say I should weigh - about 176. Are you tall like me? Where you are right now is the my original goal. It's the weight that is on my driver's license...that's been there since I was 19! Funny, I still thought I was fat then and now I think it would be great! I hope you don't mind my asking, but since you are probably tall like me to have that as your goal, what size are you in now? (You don't have to say if you don't want...it's an incredibly nosey question.)

Hi everybody... wow so many of you are going through struggles... I am sending big hugs!

Ammi... why doesn't your Mom just wait until he is gone and get some guys to move his things out and change the locks?

Well I did the deep water aerobics... LOL I kept thinking at least I would have funny stories to tell. It is HARD and especially I could not keep my feet under the water half the time with those floats on. Plus my ab belt was not tight enough and kept floating up too high. And I kept drifting out toward the middle constantly and having to flip onto my back to get back to my position! But it WAS fun and I can really feel the pull in my muscles already!

My friend liked the shallow water one too... it looked fun too. I was told that the shallow one on Mon and Weds nights is really strenuous (they have them most nights) so I think I will go on Weds and do that... and take deep on Saturdays. LOL today I was SO tempted to pitch off that equipment and go over to the shallow one halfway through... but I was stubborn enough that I wanted to keep going. But it was a LONG hour and 15 mins LOL.

Half of the exercises I didn't understand what the teacher meant as I was too busy fighting with my equipment and postion LOL. But that is okay... it was a first for me so I didn't expect to be perfect. Everyone was really nice though and I REALLY enjoyed being in deep water.

You will love this... they had not put the roof on the pool yet and it was lightly raining. I loved it!!! There was actually fog in front of our faces while we were swimming. LOL only a bunch of Seattleites would be out there in it... I thought it was great! The water was nice and warm and even though I usually prefer it colder, it was nice today to have it warm since it was kind of cold out and we had no roof. The roof goes on this week.

Misti~ I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the deep water ones. It certainly is a struggle the first go around! However, it does get easier and once you know how to get "suited up" properly you will have more time to relax and exercise.

I don't know which one of you I have caught this bug from but BOY OH BOY do I ever feel miserable! Sinus problems and sneezing like a crazy woman. Happy that I made soup for supper in the crock pot though. And the scratch at the back of my throat makes me drink lots of water too

Sorry to hear that so many of you are having a crappy day.

Going to go and find a recipe to use up some blueberries that I bought. They are the "wild" ones and are too little to sit and snack on. Anyone have any suggestions?
