Yep, it's Cassie!
I haven't lost weight while breastfeeding, but other women do...I was eating way too much to lose, though. My son is almost a year old, so I don't think I need to have too many calories since he is getting a lot of what he needs from table foods, but I just want to make sure I am eating healthy for both him and myself.
