Hey chicks, I'm a little late getting in here. Had a busy morning. Yesterday was a good eating day. Today will be too. I'm on my way to the store to stock up for P2. Actually I just need oats and a few pieces of fruit. I have tons of ww and spelt pasta. I'm not doing bread because that's a trigger for me and I can eat 1/2 a loaf with no thought whatsever. Oh, and I'm also going to pick out a wine! Can't wait for Monday!

(Rodent haters feel free to skip this part )
My avatar is Cecil my new baby (Schatzi's godrat )...and there is another...yes another, Wallace. He was this tiny little thing who was Cecils cagemate at the store. I couldn't just leave him there could I?? I've been thinking about him all week and just had to go to the store to check on him. Poor Wallace turned out to be very sick and I spent most of yesterday at the vet. He made it through the night without gasping for air and this morning he was actually running around and playing. Cecil is on meds too as a precaution. So moral of the story is: I did a good thing by adopting a little baby who needed a home and turns out needed medical attention and may have saved Cecil from getting sick too since he probably has whatever Wallace has just not as bad! Keep your fingers crossed that he pulls through completely!!

Have a great day, chicks!!

soon2be - What phase are you in? I like the Broccoli cheese soup when I want a creamy soup but it is phase 2. I plan to fix Ham Zucchini Asparagus Pasta for dinner tonight. It has a creamy sauce made from fat free evaporated milk and parmesan cheese. It is also phase 2 because of the pasta. Is there anything particular you are feeling like eating? maybe we can come up with a recipe for an OP version if we know your phase.

Congrats to all who are doing so well and hugs to those who are getting on board again.

And Ruth -- total visual. Thanks

Barb - Thanks for the ideas...I think I'm going to make meatloaf & faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower) and some steamed broccoli.
Pearsy - I hate rodents, but I gotta admit...Cecil is a cutie - just keep him at your place. (I can't believe I just called a RAT a cutie?!)

Taz: Good luck with Ph1! Love the verse, by the way!

Chilli: Mmmm Fridays! I love Fridays. I just get way too tempted when I eat out. Enjoy!

H-ko: Make sure to take time to rest your brain!

Ruthie: Sorry you had bad dreams. I hate nights like those. Hope your day has turned out better!

Freaky: SF gum really helps! Hope you have a great, OP weekend!

Cottage: Hope working out made you feel better!

Jana: Let me know how Hoodwinked is! I love the guy who played Puddy on Seinfeld and Kronk in Emperor's New Groove, and he's in it. I can't think of his name. Hopefully it's a good show!

Wenchy: Sorry to hear about your math quiz. You'll do better next time!

Chipper: That's awesome about the elliptical! As soon as we get a bigger house, that's the next piece of equipment that I want to have. DH says no more exercise equipment until we have a bigger house, though.

Steph: Sounds like you're busy too! Hope the weather improves!

Seachick: Whoops! You'll loose that 4 lbs no problem!

Beachbum: I'm feeling a little bloated myself. I've been chugging water trying to deflate so I can fit into my new jeans tonight. Today is Aunt Flo day so I'm a balloon. Keep drinking and you'll be fine!

RNMOM: Sounds like you're busy too! Sheesh! Hope you have some time to relax this weekend!

Kyemom: At least you realize you made a mistake and can learn from it! You'll be fine!

Christina: Happy packing!

Batmomm: I don't think one lick of peach juice will send you over. Way to be thinking though! Congrats on the loss!

Soon: Good luck with your AVON!

Demeter: I totally understand the co-worker problem. Sometimes I'm just like PLEASE STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS!!!! At least, that's what I want to say. I just get really b!tchy and hope that they just won't want to talk to me anymore. Hasn't worked yet, but I'm still hoping!

Anchor: Good luck with your fundraiser!

Sue: Hi and happy Friday to you too!

Crap I'm out of time. HI EVERYONE ELSE! Sorry! Busier than you-know-what here at work. Then I teach piano after work, have to go home, eat, wrap my bro's birthday present, and run it over to him before karaoke. Have a great day!

Hi all! I'm new - on Day 3 of phase 1. Hanging in there. Pretty bummed because I have to work tomorrow. Ugh. This seems like a fun place so far - looking forward to getting to know you all! I dig places where people take baths with their dogs, and then tell about it!
