Same but I had weighed in mid-week for "scientific purposes". Five pounds total loss which I probably don't deserve. There were a few slip ups in there!

I stayed the same this week - 181. But TOM arrived Saturday, so I am not surprised. I have started the treadmill 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time, so I am hopeful I will see a loss next week!!!

I am already freaked out I gained 1 pound when I sneeked peeked today. Which means I have to work really hard now!
