Looks like you're on track miss veg!

You'll be fine! Do you get a prize if you lose 10lbs?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a bit down today as I'm up a pound since last Friday

I was soooo close to Onederland last week, but sometimes it seems so to take for ever to get there!

Well, it's October tomorrow, so I've got 2 weeks to lose 4 lbs.

Good luck everyone!

Thanks for cheering me up Cathy. I was just ticked off because I felt I DESERVED to lose at least a pound because I was "good" last week. I have developed a 'love/hate' relationship with my scale. :

I don't feel so bad now about gaining that measly pound. Sometimes I don't keep things in perspective . For someone who weighs over 200 lbs. what is one little pound more or less?

I've gained and lost so many times in the past and this time I'm going to have a different attitude and keep focused on my long term goal instead of fixating on small gains and throwing in the towel.

You don't weigh much over 200 Penny I gave up going to fat club last year after losing 50 pounds as I hadn't lost for a bit, then I put it back on. I wish I had just stayed and maintained.

If I'd kept off all the weight I've lost over the years I'd weigh about -300 lbs. right now!
