Thanks for cheering me up Cathy. I was just ticked off

because I felt I DESERVED to lose at least a pound because I was "good" last week. I have developed a 'love/hate' relationship with my scale.

I don't feel so bad now about gaining that measly pound. Sometimes I don't keep things in perspective

. For someone who weighs over 200 lbs. what is one little pound more or less?
I've gained and lost so many times in the past and this time I'm going to have a different attitude and keep focused on my long term goal instead of fixating on small gains and throwing in the towel.
