Do any of you do the ad-free forum? I just signed up for the 1 week to see how it is. Since they take paypal, it was really easy to sign up.

Hello

I thought I would post a quickie before I pass-out.

We have got most of the kitchen stuff & ALL of the dining room things all over at the new house and it's all set up!! It looks so pretty. We will be completely moved by Monday. That's when our utilities will be cut-off here and turn over in our name in the new house( they are still in my Parents name right now). I still have a lot to do before then though.

Shelley....I have the no-ad pop ups because I'm the moderator and I love it! Are you still painting?

Gayle....I think this is what you needed...TO GET AWAY!!! Please have a good time and remember we will miss you!! Have fun!

Dee....How do you feel today? Any news from any of your phone calls?

Everyone else: Where are you???? Post soon or I'll start talking about you!! (Just kidding!) LOL!

I hope this post makes sense....I'm PAST being tired.

Love Ya'll So Much.........Goodnight!

Got the living room walls painted. I am going to do the ceilings today (ugh!!). My big problem will be the highest part of the ceiling by the front door. I really like the color of the walls. I am going to change my decor a bit. Not sure what to. I want to get some tiffany style lamps for my side couch tables. Right now I have lenox style lamps, but I want to bring the color of the windows above the front door into the rest of the room (primary colors.) My frames are all gold, so I will stay with a theme that brings in the antique gold. I found a website that has tons of wall switch covers, if anyone is interested. It's www.switchhits.com.

Shelley wow that is a great switch plate site. I must have lurked for 30 minutes there. Are you ordering any of them? Your painting is coming along. Don't get discouraged because it is well worth it in the end.

Cheryl I see that you are still active on the walking thread. Good for you. You can walk a few miles for me.

Sherry aren't you glad that you can see the end of all this work? Just a few more days.

Debbie have you been enjoying the pool this week? We had the coldest day on record yesterday. I can not believe the cool weather that we have had. I have only been in the pool twice.

Ramona I think of you often and wonder how you are managing. I know that it must be rough for you right now but time will heal. Keep your memories close to your heart.

Gayle I hope that you are enjoying yourself. Watch out for that wild sex at night when the kids aren't around.

I can see you lurking, Vicki, Doni, Carol, Jennelle and I know there is more of you. Please post and let us know how you are doing.

Well you girls have convinced me to go to the states for the MRI. I did a lot of phoning for prices. What a wide range of prices for the same test. The cheapest was $700 and the most expensive was $2500, now that is without the dye. Hopefully I won't need it so it won't be more. I have chosen to go to Grafton, ND. It is a small town south of the boarder. It will cost us $1300 if no dye is used. We will not be covered for the expense. Hopefully they will find what my surgeon is looking for so that he will operate. It is a gamble that I take. I am going thursday July1.

It has been busy here with finding out info on this test, going to the doctors and activities for Dez's grad. Commencement is tomorrow afternoon. The grad dinner and dance is on tuesday. I have a vestibular test for dizzyness on wednesday and thursday is when we go to the states for my MRI. Larry is off from work friday. Lots to do and with my mind the way it is on these drugs I am afraid on missing something.

Well I want to go look at my flower garden. Have a good day everyone.

Sherry I meant to tell you that I love the openning picture of the beach. I just loved to be sitting in that chair watching the waves roll in. Thanks for all your effort you put into moderating for us even when you are so busy.

Dee-I am so glad that you decided to come to the US to have the MRI. That's the same day I go back to work. I'm not sure what I'm going to get for the switchplates yet.

Got the ceiling done, now my neck is killing me. I couldn't stand on the latter comfortably, so I extended the extension rod on the roller as far as it would go. Mike has to do all the edging now. He never could have done the ceiling with the way his neck and back are. I got the dining room looking the way that I like it. I'll take a picture once the mess on the dining room table is gone.
