I really like TVP...or Textured Vegetable Protein. All you had to do is rehydrate it and use it as you would ground meat. I use it in chili all the time....and you can get it at kroger!
Also, Amy's organic pizzas are amazing. As a matter of fact, any of the frozen entrees by Amy are delicious. The Tofu Scramble is a big fave of mine!
