First of all, congratulations, that is really an accomplishment. and you live up to your name 2 hot 2 be fat!

I needed to see this, I am on my fifth day, and I feel terrible...head is pounding, feel dizzy and foggy...drinking salt water, tried some caffeine and Motrin, and just wishing it would go away. Do you remember feeling this way??? I am determined to stick to it, I am just hoping that this is normal and I will feel better. Since starting, every other day I feel this way, so bizarre!

The first week or even a little longer can be rough!! It's normal and will pass. I am on the start of my forth week and feel great!! Great great great! I took it real easy for days 3 to 8, as those days were yucky! Stick to eat and it will pass, try to think of it as your body getting rid of all the "stuff" that keeps us all heavy. Like childbirth you get through it and then the good stuff begins!

Elgat8, I didn't have any negative symptoms at all the first week! But I know many ppl do. Keep on it! All the yuckyness WILL pass!!! Woot!! We are awesome!!!

I just want to mention I have A TON of loose skin that this outfit hides WELL! I'm having my arms done on July 17!
