Default Hey There

Mima- I like your last word"Hah" ,It is right on the mark. I find some things get better but new things are always found. Our kids are constantly changing. Ground rules are good but not always holding them down. It gets really hard to live with sometimes.
Dinner went well sunday. I sent most of the food home with my son and my sister took some too. I will not touch the leftovers. I got on the scale and was 5 lbs up. I don't know how I do it. I didn't eat too bad. I'll hold my breath that it is fluid .
This town is full of stories like my hubby's . But ,I guess every family history has some backgound.
I hear my hubby on the roof so I guess I better go find out what he is up to. Hope he doesn't fall off and give me some more problems Bye.Joanne

When I think back on what stressors pushed me over the edge to the point that I got fibro....parenting was a big one. AND I was my own worst enemy. I never asked for help, rarely used babysitters, did not take a break. Ahhhh...if I had it to do over again
Iwent down and got my aunt back on the computer. Hate all those popup ads. They get too distracting. And I told her that all of the ones that come up for me are about DIETS. Do you think the people at AOL can see me??????
It is very hard to teach someone this e-mail stuff. I forgot to show her how to page up and down. She kept telling me something was wrong cause the message gets cut off...
She will get it sometime. Her daughter sent her the link to her High School. They have someone from each year do a whole screen about what is happening. She graduated in 1941. There were 99 in her class, 54 still alive...many with e-mail addresses. I hope she writes some of them.

I finally got my big computer put back together again and back online. One more step to being 'normal'... GEE... you guys think I'll ever be NORMAL???

Yes, Candice... seeing that I had spoken nary a word for days and days THAT WAS KEEPING IT SHORT!!!

don't mess with me...between the house and the meds I'm about to lose what's left of my mind!

My ankle hurts soooo bad I can't stand it... constantly on pain pills. I can't see the Rheumatologist until May 20 ... don't know if I can wait that long. I was going to ask his opinion about the surgery. I hate the idea of not having any feeling in it the rest of my life but I can't stand this pain the rest of my life either! Just don't know what to do. If I stay completely off of it it stops hurting after a while but as soon as I start walking on it again it starts back hurting. I took this morning off, didn't do anything - it wasn't hurting much at all. Then this afternoon, I put up some pictures and put some books back in the shelves and a few things like that and then taught piano for 3 hrs. and by the time I was through teaching it was killing me!

Gotta go to bed ... baby Kaylyn comes early in the morning! Hope you all have a splendid day tomorrow... It's supposed to be 80 and sunny here!

...tulips blooming now and lilacs about to and yes this has been a nice spring so far I think, but the weather people keep saying it is above normal temps.....the past few years have been really warm cause all my bulbs came and went in a day! Still digging up perennials and transplanting them while the weather holds out..now we need some rain! My lower back and hips are killing me from digging!

We all know that I sleep eat sometimes..well the other day I found out I was working outside in my PJ's at 6 in the morning on my way to bed! (that pill I take causes amnesia)

I did not see any evidence of eating so that is a good thing!...What do ya think the neighbors thought!

Mima......I love pea soup

Happy....we rent form my FIL and we still have to do all the work and pay for stuff too!

Ally....go eat some chocolate! Hey..you are just so funny..I get those pop ups too and hate them......do like the food ones!

Anagram..sounds like you got somethings done this year. The bed I have been working in was neglected for several years cause the springs were to hot to transplant so this is the year!

Meme....hope they can help your ankle........people with Fibro are more sensitve to pain they say. Can't get that across to my doc though! They think we all just want to be pampered! I think not

Joanne...what is hubby doing up on the roof!????????

Candice, what med causes insomnia? I take a low dose of and antidepressant for the fibro and it helps me get into a deep sleep-you need a good sleep to control the fibro-spent all day yesterday doing one side of the closet doors and it still looked icky. This is going to take me a long time-we have 6 people doing things for us that we have to pay!!!Brad better get out there and collect some of the money owed to us!!!!!Meme-hope your ankle is better. Gotta go to Walmart. Mima

Default Hey There

Candice -Hubby was cutting tree limbs that hang on roof. If he would just cut down the trees that grow up near the house it would be better. It is a struggle to get him to cut down anything. He thinks if it grows up there.leave it there. Nature is supposed to be nature occording to him. How long do you think you were outside working in your pj's ? I don't think I would want to take something that makes me not know what I'm doing.
Ally- Next year if your boys don't go to college, send them out on their own or tell them get a fulltime job and pay rent. You will be surprised what that will do.
Memi- I love Walmart too. Yhere are a few things I can't find there. I wish they had a better supply of fabrics.
Meme- Hope you get a solution to your ankle problem soon.
Hello Happy. Anagram...It is already getting close to the 80's here.
Bye.............Joanne
