Hi Everyone!

Even though it is the last day of the month, I thought I would check in. I used to be a regular on the forum and dropped out about a year ago to deal with family issues....which of course caused my weight to go back up. At one time last year I was down to 272....now I am all the way back up to 306.

Also we have been TTC for a year with no success. Which of course didn't help my weight as I am a stress eater. I finally had had enough and decided to take back control.

I'm going back on birth control for the next three mos. to get my cycles regulated again. I am using these three mos. to focus back on my health and get into some healthy habits.

For instance, I am tracking what I eat on my smart phone app and I began workouts last week. Currently I am running and doing weights in our community "lazy river" pool. On the days it rains, I am doing my biggest loser workouts. So far, no weight loss but logging back into the site and reconnecting with you all gives me renewed motivation!

Bless you all for being on here and good luck to everyone in August!

Hugs all around!

To summarize my month, I'm down 2 lbs from my July 1(ish, since I didn't track) weight.

Let's hope August is a lot better.

Hey ladies thought id check in before the month is over. Well this month has been pretty good. Going in for more blood tests to see if my meds are doing anything. Im also hoping i will get my period without the help of prometirum. my weight has been down this month which is awesome. I actually went camping last weekend and man were my clothes way too big. Too much beer, tooo much sun equals silly thinking, I was able to get my girlfriend into my pants and shirt... both of us at the same time.. I think its time for some new clothes!

Aaaaaahhhh! I'm in love with my own spouse! Wheee!

Still kinda vacationy -- I'll be so sad when the joyride is over. This SO makes up for the eldercare crazy of fall semester! Back soon!

(Can someone else make the Aug threads? Rana? Anyone?)

A.
