I know this might sound silly but hear me out. One thing that can affect you is you telling yourself how tired you are. I have done that. You really do become what your thoughts tell you. If you constantly walk around saying how tired you feel, your body will believe you. I have seen a lot of research on the subject and I know that it works for me. I can talk myself into depression and talk myself into feeling stressed or I can talk myself Into feeling better. But this could be a medical issue or nutrient deficiency also. I recently found due to tracking everything I eat that I do not get enough iron and probably haven't for a long time. So I've supplemented and see a huge difference in how I feel! Just my two cents. Good luck on your journey
