I ate great, burned who knows how many calories at work, did DAY ONE of 30 Day Shred, and the kids no longer have a fever. Whoo hoo!

Hope everyone is having a good one!

So in my efforts to try and post pics, im at a loss

So if someone could give me a quick tutorial or know where i can find some instructions for the blonde in me today Id appreciate it.

On another note. I went to the gym today and worked out for about and hour and half. I checked the scale and it said 188! woot woot That means Im outta the 190s! yes! now lets get into the 170s!

Being 188 means Ive lost 35 lbs since May. I only know from there I used to hate the scale so I never really got on one. Im going to guess If I have to I am prob close to a 50 lb loss.....not too sure though.

Lauren: WHOO HOO! Great Job getting out of the 190's. Send some of that good mojo over here, puh-leese!

ItsMyTurn: I'm glad you had a great day and stayed OP. I have such a problem doing that when I'm out.

Today was Day 2 of Shred. I had another sweat-inducing day of work ( I am starting to wonder if I should be greatful for the calorie burn or just burned out).

I hope everyone keeps up the good work

Sheramama - I am so proud of you for doing the shred, have been told that is a tough regime Don't forget to up your protein while you are doing it though..about an hour before you do it, then after - insuring you have protein at those time as that is what your body uses for fuel. Great to burn and lose those calories, but don't want to kick muscles and make yourself too worn down to do it

SO I firmly believe that the scale is playing tricks on me. It said 187 yesterday....what the heck! Ill take it.

SOOOOOO at the gym I go to they have this 90 day challenge program thing...ok whatever 90 day whatever. They are advertising these body by vi shakes. Im not sure if anyone has seen these. So the gym lady was like trying to buy me into this mess, well she kinda sold me cuz I really have been looking for a shake to take as like a meal replacement. Im on the fence. I really think I am going to get them. Well not from her but from Amazon....ha.
If anyone has/ know anyone who have tried these let me know. I know some of the girls who work with my roommate use them and they are helping them.
Ill let you guys know how they are for me...

Anyway enough ranting....its Thursday...Almost the weekend and Im hoping for a big number this week.

JillNicole: At least you lost Good job!

As for me, I had a rough day yesterday and didn't exercise. (My co-workers would argue that what I do all day is exercise lol). I woke up feeling confident for working my butt off and eating great all week. I hopped on the scale and saw that I was exactly the same to the ounce as I have been for a month. WTF?! Really?! Nothing?! I wanted to throw the scale out the window.
Looks like it is back to calorie cycling for me

Jill - Great job on your loss!!!

Sheramama - I am so sorry to hear that, something has to confuse your body to lose the plateau. I hate the scales sometimes

AFM - Weigh in for the week was this morning and I came in 1.4Lbs lighter and weighed at 194 today. Today my 2 oldest have PSATs to take, then we will all have a big lunch, then it's off to the fair- and will remain there to see Trace Atkins play cause my father is a country fan Should be another full day!

Sheramama... You just got done with TOM tho right? Because it could still be messing with your numbers, just drink lots of water & I'm sure you'll see your results next week

Sheramama & Lauren... (not sure if I mentioned I'm back with my boyfriend, but we are trying again lol) sooo the bf is addicted to weight lifting and he gets Ultimate Nutrition Platinum Hydroweigh protein powder (to make a shake) for around $60 for a large tub of it, which lasts about 6 weeks and they're only 140 calories per scoop, which is 30g of protein. (that's all the protein knowledge I have lol good luck )

Lauren... GREAT job!! An hour & half is awesome girl!! Keep up the great work and the 170s is closer than you think *

ItsMyTurn... Shopping is such a fun way to burn calories, if you have $ to spend at least I swear that's how a lot of the rich girls do it!!

ItsMyTurn: Great job! I hope your kids do great on the PSATs!

JillNicole: You know, you mentioned a bf recently and I did wonder if it was the one you had broken up with before. I am a total believer that if it were meant to be, it will. It looks like it is I'm happy for you Have you tried the protein powder? I was actually thinking of going back to shakes. It's been years since I have so let me know how they taste! I do hope you're right about TOM. I will just have to try extra hard!

Yesterday I had my carb day. I didn't hit 1200 cals, but I went to Panera for dinner with my kids and bff to discuss her upcoming wedding. There is already drama, poor thing! The cool thing is her fiance is a budding tat artist. I've wanted to get the kid's names on my wrists for 5 yrs now (I wanted to make sure I really wanted it there) and he'll do them for free for my 30th birthday! Plus, he will touch up my one tat that faded horribly with age for cheap. How great is that? I also did day 3 of Shed.

Today, once the kids finish watching X-men, will be Day 4 of Shred. I better lose something by Day 30!!!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Sheramama...
The protein shake is really good... Like chocolate milk my bf thinks they're the best he's ever tasted personally. I have tasted any others so I'm not sure on that lol

Yay on the tattoo! That is awesome! I just got 2 sparrows on my shoulder, they look like love birds the way I positioned them it was 70$ which for my area was a great deal! I have Love written on one of my wrists, butterflies up my side & stars behind my ear.... Obviously my heads always in the clouds because everything flies or is in the air lol Would love to see a pic if you get them!!

sheramama - The kids will get the results in December I use EAS Protein powder in chocolate flavor... it's yummy too... I use my vanilla almond milk to mix with it The tats sound perfect for a birthday present!!!!!

Jill - that's funny about your head in the clouds, got me lol'ing here and now getting looks

Yesterday was able to burn over 1000 calories with activity! Did the elliptical, and then all the walking at the fair! It's been awesome! Today I already got out for my walk, and we will see where the day goes. We had a blast at the fair and at the concert... so going to try to take vacation time again when/if mom and dad make it for another visit - I never know since they are not in great health... mom is already 2 yrs passed the maximum 5yr expected life span, lol... we don't do "limits" very well in our family! LOL! Hope everyone has a super wonderful Sunday!!!!!

Well on the protien powder, I wasnt too sure how I was going to like it so I went to walmart and got the Jillian Michaels one, in vanilla. Its 100 cals, and 15g of protien.

They have chocolate too but I wanted the vanilla to mix with fruit. I must say It wasnt bad. So we will see.
