I am 49... Can't wait to make it into the 30's. I don't know if I am going to be able to eat 49 points a day. But I am just starting.

I just joined last night. I get 35 points.

For those who have an evening meeting, when do you restart your week? The following morning? Or that evening? When I went before I always went in the morning and counted that as day 1 of the week (and didn't eat beforehand so I'd be as light as possible lol).

I get 29 points a day - I rarely use all of my daily points (I am trying to get better at that) but I even used extra weekly points over the weekend and still lost weight.

I really like the WW program - I have never done the old one but the Pointsplus program allows me flexibility. I think that the old motto everything in moderation must be taken into account.. in other words free fruit does not really mean 4 bananas, 5 oranges and a bushel of grapes..although that does sound good

I weigh in on Saturday and have my week start the same day.

At one time I tried to have my week start the next day but it tended to result in me overeating after I had weighed in since the rest of that day was the tail end of day 7.
