Hi I'm Chazam & I'm just cruzzing through here. Wabby, you said you made bread pudding. My husbands family taught me that, but I don't know anyone else that makes it. How do you make yours? From NY

Hi everybody I miss my Tony like crazy now. I had my first class to become a na-r. I am going to work with the elderly or I hope to. I went to lunch with 4 other students from class all adults. I came home to a messy house, did the dishes, made dinner and then went to a party. It was a home and garden party. I bought 2 candles for $5 each. I had a diet coke and 2 cookies and about 15 candy corns. I guess what I am getting at is I was with adults! I never realised how much I miss being with adults until today. I loved the class and having my brain work again. If I don't get a job right off the bat I am going to start taking classes. I am going to take classes not matter what with or without a job. I need to feel important and needed. I need to feel alive again. I need to be with adults. Until I do get a job I will take classes in whatever I want. I need to learn and use my brain and it was FUN!
Hope all of you are wll and having a nice sleep!

Default mmmm Bread Pudding

Hi Chazam, go to www.allrecipes.com then do a search for bread pudding. I use the Bread Pudding II recipe by Ellen Warfield. Easy and very good.

Angry Bread Pudding

Thanks Wabby. I will do that. You girls sound like you have been friends quite a while. It also sounds like you have a good thing going. Have you met each other personally? Chazam

Hi Chazam I have been posting here just a short time on this thread. We all get to know each other pretty fast. We learn when someone is up or down and how we are doing weight wise. We also lecture when we are really going off the wall and cheer each other up when someone is blasting them online.
I know some have met here but I havn't met anyone off 3FC yet. I did meet some off of AOL before I met my DH, I also me him off of AOL. Tell us about you?

Default Well, actually

Some of us have been posting together for over 4 years, starting on another forum. Freaky, but true.

I'm posting my Middle Eastern stuffed zucchini recipe on my journal page (click the button over on the left side).

I am so tired. I'm not made for weight-lifting (ie, hauling my 40 lb fur mattress outside 4x/day to pee), plus I didn't get a wink of sleep last night mulling over whether to take her 4 hours away to a neurological vet clinic. I finally made an appt. this morning, but it seems a bit daft. Although she is doing a teensy bit better today, eating well and almost getting herself up on her feet. Thank goodness she can still pee and poop by herself, because I think I've reached my dog-nurse limit right now.

Today was DD's guitar lesson, which involves 2 hours of driving, making for some interesting conversations now and then. Today we discussed cigarette smoking and pot. DD is quite against polluting her lungs, darling that she is. She told me that her school has an anonymous stop smoking clinic going on -- very progressive for this backwater. Maybe I should suggest it to DH

Default page three is ridiculous

This is dumb...why doesn't someone start a new thread...not me, of course, I'm tired and lack imagination.
I am so sorry your dog is still struggling, Kiwi. Is there anything sadder than a sick animal?
I'm back from DisneyWorld. It was fun, but that's enough. We know many people who go there every year. I could never do that. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. I am sick of listening to other people's kids cry and whine. My kids are old enough and did not cry and whine...they did sulk a little but I can bear that.
DH and the kids are back at work and school. I'm here with a ton of laundry and a house that should have been cleaned before we left....oh well.
I so admire Sissy for taking a class. I am impressed.
Sugar, happy Thanksgiving. Sweet potato pie sounds good. I've never made it either. Is it hard?
Wabby, I am so jealous that your vacation will not include crying kids or cartoon characters. Don't worry about your weight...just avoid mirrors. Where are you cruising to? Is the ocean cold there at this time of year...ours is still pretty warm.
I have a sinus headache. I have lots to do.
