
Ok weight in this morning...go figure down -2.0? sothe week before I am a good soldier and gain a pound. This past week I only worked out two days ate all my pts (flex incuded) and lose 2.0.
This comming week I am going to make more of a balance of exercise and pts and see what happens...i.e. when earning 7apts eat 3 off those that day etc.
wow and 1/2 the month is gone we are doing awesome
